Email includes a reasonable plan allowance. A church-owned Text In Church account is paid directly to that provider without an added Cemstree per-message fee. Payment-processing fees, unusually high email volume, AI usage, and future Cemstree-paid messaging remain separate and transparent.

PRICING QUESTIONS

Will we be forced to upgrade when our church grows?

No. Every plan includes unlimited people and users. Core can remain your permanent plan if it continues to meet your church’s needs.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing costs ten months of the monthly rate, giving your church two months free each year.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Church owners and administrators manage subscriptions and payment details from Cemstree Billing through Stripe’s secure customer portal.

What happens if a payment fails?

Cemstree provides a recovery window before restrictions begin. Accounts become read-only after 15 days, pause access after 30 days, and require manual review after 90 days. Church data is never automatically deleted.
