Last updated: September 8, 2026
Rules protecting people, customers, providers, and the Cemstree service from misuse.
Status: Founder-approved draft — not attorney reviewed.
Prohibited use
Cemstree may not be used to break laws or provider terms; harm, exploit, threaten, harass, discriminate against, or defame people; exploit children; distribute unlawful content; send messages without required consent; evade opt-outs; conduct phishing or spam; upload malware; bypass security; access another customer’s data; misrepresent donations or tax treatment; or infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or contractual rights.
Sensitive systems
Cemstree is not an emergency-response, medical-record, therapy-record, legal-case-management, surveillance, or background-check adjudication system. Customers should not enter unnecessary government identifiers, payment credentials, medical records, counseling records, or unrelated highly sensitive data.
Communications
Customers control message content and recipients. They must maintain consent evidence, honor STOP and unsubscribe instructions, and follow applicable laws and provider rules. Cemstree may suppress, throttle, pause, or block sending when consent, deliverability, security, or abuse signals require it.
Enforcement
Cemstree may investigate suspected violations, restrict affected features, preserve evidence, notify customer administrators, cooperate with lawful process, or suspend or terminate service when reasonably necessary. Immediate harm, child exploitation, active compromise, fraud, or credible threats may be escalated without prior notice.
Contact
Privacy, legal, accessibility, billing, and support requests may be sent to support@cemstree.com. Security vulnerabilities, suspected unauthorized access, and abuse reports should be sent to security@cemstree.com.
